Mr Carr is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Sheffield Children's Hospital, Royal Hallamshire Hospital and Bradford Royal Infirmary. He sees private patients at Claremont Hospital, BMI Thornbury Hospital and at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
He sees patients with general ENT problems and has a subspecialist interest in otology (conditions of the ear), endoscopic ear surgery , neuro-otology (conditions of the inner ear e.g. dizziness,) hearing implantation including cochlear implantation and tumours affecting the lateral skull base e.g. acoustic neuroma. Mr Carr is happy to take appointments from patients from the surrounding area.

What to expect from Sheffield ENT
Your appointment will take place in a comfortable setting at either hospital. A detailed history of your symptoms will be taken and a thorough examination, which may include a flexible scope examination or examination under the microscope.
Depending on the nature of your condition, an appropriate management plan will be developed with your wishes being at the centre of it.
